As another year comes to an end, I’m reminded of how much we have to be thankful for—our patients, our team, and the incredible Upper Manhattan community we’re privileged to serve.
As physical therapists in New York, our mission has always been about more than just helping people recover from injuries or manage pain. It’s about empowering you to live your best, most active life.
Every patient story, every community event, and every milestone this year has reinforced how special it is to be part of this vibrant neighborhood. I’d like to take a moment to reflect on the year, express my gratitude, and look ahead to all that’s to come in the new year.
Gratitude for Our Patients: You Inspire Us
To every patient who walked through our doors this year, thank you for trusting us with your care. Whether you visited us at our Harlem or Morningside Heights physical therapy clinics, your dedication to improving your health has been nothing short of inspiring.
Your successes—whether it’s getting back on the basketball court, completing a marathon, or simply living pain-free—are what drive us every single day.
I also want to extend a heartfelt thank you for the overwhelming support through your glowing 5-star reviews year after year. These reviews do more than highlight our services—they motivate us to continuously improve and innovate. Knowing that we’ve made a positive impact on your lives is the greatest reward for me and our entire team.
A Special Patient Spotlight: Minda Dentler
This year, I had the incredible privilege of sitting down with Minda Dentler, an Ironman World Championship Qualifier, wheelchair athlete, and former Park North Physical Therapy patient. Her story is nothing short of extraordinary.
Minda’s resilience and determination remind us why we do what we do. Hearing how physical therapy played a role in her journey to achieving such remarkable milestones was a humbling experience. It’s patients like Minda who remind us of the power of perseverance, and it’s an honor to have been part of her story.
Supporting Our Harlem and Morningside Heights Community
One of the highlights of the year has been continuing our support for local organizations like Figure Skating in Harlem. Watching young women build confidence, leadership, and athletic skill through this amazing nonprofit is inspiring.
As a local business, we believe in giving back to the community that supports us. Whether it’s partnering with local charities or participating in events, we’re committed to playing an active role in making Upper Manhattan a stronger, healthier, and more connected community.
Celebrating the Park North Team
Our success this year wouldn’t be possible without the dedication of our incredible team. Every member of Park North Physical Therapy has gone above and beyond, not just for our patients but for their own professional growth.
This year, we’ve seen team members earn new certifications and expand their expertise in areas like manual therapy, sports rehabilitation, and chronic pain management. These achievements translate directly into better care for you, our patients.
I’m continually amazed by the passion and commitment of our team. They embody the core values of Park North Physical Therapy: excellence, compassion, and innovation. To my team: thank you for making this year one of growth and success.
Encouraging You to Prioritize Your Health in the New Year
As we look ahead to 2025, I want to encourage each of you to prioritize your health and well-being. Whether you’re recovering from an injury, managing chronic pain, or simply striving for better fitness, you deserve to live your best life—without pain holding you back.
If you’ve been putting off addressing an injury or discomfort, let this be the year you take the first step toward feeling better. Don’t settle for anything less than your best. Our team at Park North Physical Therapy is here to help you every step of the way.
A Final Thank You to Close 2024 and Welcome 2025
As I reflect on this year, my heart is full of gratitude for our patients, our community, and our team. Together, we’ve built something truly special—a place where health, connection, and growth come together.
To our Upper Manhattan community: thank you for letting us be part of your lives. We’re so proud to serve Harlem and Morningside Heights and look forward to another incredible year of helping you achieve your goals.
Let’s make 2025 the year of movement, strength, and joy. Let’s make it a year without pain.
Warm regards,
Dr. Sam Morjaria
